I don’t usually write these letters, in fact my husband was really surprised when I handed it to him to read, but since I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I was provided by East Coast Mold Specialists that I sent this correspondence to the firm, to let them know how much I appreciated the way they handled my Mold issue. From the first call, I was handled with respect and consideration. Both Abbey and Cindy were well informed and concise when answering my questions and concerns. A few days later, good on their word I received a well written proposal. I made my appointment, and true to form they arrived on time, to give me a full in home inspection, with swab testing, and air tests. I then received the mold report 2 days later. It was extremely informative and thorough. I called and made my appointment. After the remediation which was accomplished within the time stated, they thoroughly cleaned up. I have dealt with a lot of different company’s for a wide array of issues and I definitely give East Coast Mold Specialist my five star rating. Well done!
